Speakeasy Productions accept no liability for loss or damage as result of cancellation or postponement of the event. Speakeasy Productions assume no liability whatsoever in the event that the conference or event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of the conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For the purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to, war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency. All unpaid invoices remain due if the event is cancelled for any reason.
Speakeasy Productions reserve the right to amend the programme or withdraw speakers or other elements of the programme without prior notice and will accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by amendments to the programme.
Speakeasy is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation in the EU, and elsewhere. If a payment is made we process only limited payment processing information. We are notified by the payment processor once a transaction takes place, but we will not receive any of your actual payment details.
